Despite many attempts to cut sugar from my diet, I’ve come to the conclusion that I am happiest when I can indulge in a sweet treat after dinner. This recipe for Frozen Greek Yogurt Fruit Bars is one of my go-to snacks to satisfy my sweet tooth while giving an extra punch of protein to my daily nutrition.
There are really no rules when it comes to the ingredients you can add to this snack. We were feeling patriotic and used raspberries and blueberries, but feel free to be creative and mix and match your fruit. My favorite combination is mango and raspberry.
