Join us for a 3-week, women's only boxing camp taught by Lisa McCubbins. This camp is two days per week and is designed to give you a great workout while teaching the fundamentals of boxing. No experience is necessary! Each one hour class will feature a mix of workouts that will improve overall strength through cardio boxing.
